Accommodation in Dadaepo

We’ve recently moved to Saha-gu, Busan, South Korea.
Here’s an overview of our flat. First up is the entrance hall with space to hang our bags, and store our shoes. The doorway is kind of narrow, but it’s convenient to have a place to keep these odds and ends.

From the entrance hall, you walk into the lounge/kitchen combo. The entrances to the bedroom and study are on the left and right.

This is the second bedroom/study.

This is the main bedroom.

The bathroom is a lot bigger than our last Korean bathroom, but it’s basically the same concept. Toilet, basin, and shower all in one room, which means everything gets completely drenched.

The shower and washing machine just lead to an open drain in the middle of the floor. It would be nice to have an enclosed shower, especially since there’s enough space. In addition it would be great if the washing machine didn’t flood the floor, but we’ll soon become re-accustomed to having a constantly wet bathroom.

Lastly, here’s a schematic of the flat.

We are in a good location since we are a 15 minute walk away from Dadaepo Beach and Morundae Park.
